Disappointed

Logged a collection request 12 August. Still not collected. Tried contacting via email, whatsapp and phone calls since 18 August. If I knew what I know now i would've started following up since day 2 and not day 6)

Everytime they say they did collect. This is worrying as the parcel is still with me. After explaining this, they say it will be picked up.

After 16 days the parcel is still not picked up! Super super disappointing!
