Disappointed

Oh my Lord this was my worst experience, still is as I write this review…

I placed an order through Shein, paid for Buffalo customs on the 6th of May, my parcel was received at their JHBCD however for some odd reason.

I have since been calling to get my parcel that was eventually sent to Joburg only to be sent back to Cape Town last night.

I called and spoke to Prudence who kept me on hold for 18min to then hang up the phone.

A manager from Buffalo better call me back today. I left my details with the last Agent I spoke to as well as Prudence
