Disappointed

Buffalo has sent my package to a 3rd party and it been a week of updates stating that my package is in the delivered bay and will go out with the next scheduled delivey, it arrived there on sunday and i so could have been delivered anytime in the whole week! I ordered mothers day gifts that i now dont have. You cant even call them because you dont get through. You wait on hold and then they cut the call. You cant whatsapp them like they say because no operator ever responds.
