Didn't receive order

Im so angry , i ordered on 24 april and i was supposed to receive my parcel on 9 may ..i received an email 9 mag saying they didn't find anyone at home , in actual fact i was home 24/7 They send me an email again saying its on board 10 may ..i spend my days at home waitingfor them Only to receive an email today that i received and signed Well as theg didnt come at all !!
