Did not receive the order from shein

I have not received my package. It’s been weeks now since l have ordered. Yesterday I was told the delivery is out by sms. Now the consignee is not available?the consignee is supposed to be me. How was l not available when l didn’t receive any communication about the order or parcel? They did not bother to call yesterday . I tried emailing them asking them when will l receive my package. There’s no response. Please help me asap
