DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER

my experience with buffalo was absolutely PATHETIC , they haven't delivered my shein order yet however when i got to track my order it says that it is been returned because of the delivery being unfinished. I am so disappointed and disgusted with their service and i want a refund with no excuses.
