I bought 8 items from shein. The order number was BUFZA79C12088SRYQ I paid tax which was 297.60.than the order get lost, I was asked do I need a refund or reship. Than I did a reship. The new order is BUFZA7KD17162M1YQ. They want me to pay. Which I was told that if it's a reship no need for me to pay again. But my package it's still at China even today. I have been calling for the whole week but it seems like I am not getting any help a s I am waiting for my package. Can't they just check their system so that my package can arrive, I have been sending proof that I paid
