Despise this company

Honestly I have no words for this company. They don’t provide ANY customer support. They don’t get back to you at all. I made my delivery URGENT as I’m in need of the clothes asap and my boyfriend that ordered the day after me got his package today. What the hell?!? Buffalo logistics, you guys suck ***!!!
