Delivery to Wrong Address and not picking up phones

I am very displeased to hear that the parcel was delivered, yet it is not in my possession.

To reiterate, the delivery service is reporting an incorrect address. Despite my attempts to correct this, including updating my address, the parcel is now being routed to an incorrect address in Naturena. I find this completely unacceptable.

I demand that you urgently retrieve my clothes and deliver them to the address I have specified multiple times, both in my initial sign-up form and in my profile. This level of service is far below what I expect.

I am beginning to question the legitimacy of this service. Is this a ****?😡
