Delivery To Wrong Address
Buffalo has miss placed my parcel.I got an email saying my parcel has been delivered and signed for.Where as I did not receive any message stating that my parcel is out for delivery and I did not receive nor sign for my parcel i have been trying to contact them but with no response they are ending my phone calls while I'm trying to contact them I've sent and email still no response please kindly assist

16 May 2024, 14:33I saw a missed call from Buffalo and also saying they delivered the parcel but my question is where is my parcel if they delivered it because I haven't received anything I wouldn't be sending emails and calling q5 times if I got my parcel please find the where abouts of my parcel or track the driver who left with my parcel and tell him to deliver to the correct address or I would like a refund for my whole purchase
