Delivery notification with no delivery

Paid the fees as requested Received a call on the 5/11/22 for an alternate address since it was a Saturday. I was informed that delivery will take place before 10am the same morning Till today the 8/11 no delivery but I have received notifications stating the order has been delivered!!!!! I have sent an email ND watsapp with not response.
