Delivery Issues

Buffalo is by far the most ineffective delivery company. How do they deal with customer when all their lines of communication are not working. I made a mistake on my address and they send me a link that’s not working to change my address and when you try to call them or WhatsApp, their lines are literally dead!

A simple thing such as changing my address is taking days to be resolved. They just need to give The Courier company our parcels to deliver since they are more effective.

Terrible customer service!
