Delivery issues, bad customer service

I wish someone could put into words how disrespectful the people are when you call. I had a problem with my first delivery a month ago where the driver said premises closed even though we are open 7 days a week, so I sorted that out now second delivery same problem. They don't tell you what the problem was the first time and obviously didn't make sure it doesn't happen again. I phoned again and asked why this was happening and the lady I spoke to was rude and when I asked to speak to a manager she declined. I hope shien stops using these people soon because they have no customers service.
