Delivery issues

Good Morning… I’m back again here…why do we always have to fight and complain countless times to receive our order. On Monday I received an sms stating that my order is out for delivery…and I was hoping that on that same day I’ll receive…guess what? No I didn’t instead my status on my SHEIN app changed to “The parcel out bound for In delivery: JNB” mind you I’m in North West…what frustrates me is that they sent an sms on Monday saying it’s out for delivery..how was it out for delivery when it’s still in JNB?? Buffalo your service is the worst…your consultant are even worse. The things I ordered I need them for my graduation which is next week Tuesday I really need them…another thing please update our statuses they can’t be on a same place for days…
