Delivery issues

Why Buffalo logistics always use DPD for deliveries when we order from temu? That is the worst delivery company. Their drivers choose not to deliver parcels to some places. Delivery update will just change from 'out on delivery' to 'deliver attempt failure' or 'incorrect address' without calling you untill you opt to collect your order in Modimolle which is about 200km away from me. One of their drivers said it straight to my face that they will never deliver at my area, that i will always have to drive to either modimolle or my nearest town to collect my orders which is about 70km away from me...I have never had such issues with other delivery companies but only with DPD...I rather stop ordering from temu than to go through this whenever I order from them. I'll stick to SHEIN since Buffalo logistics uses other reliable delivery companies like THE COURIER GUY, FASTWAY, etc when you order there (SHEIN)
