Ordered goods from Shein on the 15 of September, this courier company doesn't keep me informed about my parcel, they don't update the information once they've picked up the parcel from Shein, when you call them on both land line and WhatsApp there's no response +***/+***. When you call the landlines, you hold for more than 10 minutes and it hangs up
