Delivery guy with poor communication and peoples skills

There is a guy by the name of Xolani Nkosi who is just unprofessional and useless. This guy called me today at 10:31 and 10: 32 and I couldn't pick up because I was on a call with a client, then @10:33, I called him back, but the line was busy, tried him again at 10:34, then the guy dropped the call on my ear. Called him again, 10:35 he dropped the call on my ear until he picked up at 11:48. The number only showed the name on true caller therefore i was not even aware that it was Delivery from Buffalo now the guy tells me he is not here now he is in Mayville and that he tried me many times i did not answer, 1. The number did not show who it was so i wasn't sue but at least i returm=ned the call more than once 2. He starts telling me that he has 65 deliveries and that he cannot inform everyone that he is coming, that's a stupid excuse because i have received deliveries before from the same company but those people manages with more orders than him so he lacks planning 3. He dropped the phone on my ear while i was explaining why i could not pick up the call, which is stupid for me especially if you are an adult and are employed to provide service to the people just as I am.

That guy is just useless and rude and it sounds like he still has a lot to learn, he knows nothing about professional conduct.
