Delivery failure and no repsonse on any call centre lines

My Shein order was not delivered yesterday 27/09 as per my SMS notification even though I was at the delivery address all day.... I have tried to contact the call centre all morning to see what the delay has been as nothing has arrived again today 28/09 ... there is no way to get through to a consultant and no-one responds on the whatsapp number?? terrible service...and I have another order also pending .. I wonder how long that will take...
