Delivery Failure

I placed an order with Shein on the 5th of November, I followed everything correctly and made sure everything was paid for, I even ended up paying for customs and vat TWICE as required by Buffalo Logistics. Today I decided to check where package is and it says that I have received it on the 11th which I have not. I tried contacting them and yet nobody gets back to me. This company should clearly be shut down as I am one of many that has experienced issues with them. They have no communication skills whatsoever, and I will make it known that Buffalo Logistics is the worst ****ing courier company ever seen.
