Delivery Failed

My order was returned to warehouse after numerous promises to deliver by the driver personally. Have voice notes and messages with the driver apologizing for not showing up on Tuesday due to work overload. He then promised to deliver yesterday morning. Called again past1 as i made mention I have obligations they said they'll be here in an hour. Guess what they never showed up. I called buffalo couriers after waiting in Tuesday and Wednesday with no delivery. I'm told to wait. Mind you I have a flight at 4 this afternoon and no one will be here until September. Called in guess what the agent dropped the line on me.
