Delivery disaster

How can a delivery company not have drivers or cars with gps. In 2024 I ordered from temu and the driver called me for directions. For at least 2hours there was a back and forth about my address to a point where I said to him he can take those things back. I stopped ordering from temu. It's 2025 and the same thing happened again. I got a call asking for directions at 8am. 40mins later the delivery is nowhere to be found or the driver. What kind of mickey mouse business is buffalo running. Mind you this is a work day where luckily I just happened to be working from home. Never again!
