Delivery disappointment

I am disappointed in delivery of my SheIn order. My order should have been delivered before Christmas but no, the responsible driver did not deliver the order. Tumelo Gideon Modiba attempted to deliver my order on the 29th of December and he returned back the orders to the warehouse, claiming that I requested a reschedule to another date of which I never received any call from him. He then attempted to deliver the package again on the 03rd of January but he did not deliver my order. I eventually asked my cousin to collect the order for me, he said that Tumelo Modiba said that he did not want to deliver my order. I hope he will be fired because he is not doing his job.
