Delivery delay

The WORST logistic company ever!!! No number to reach them out on, the WhatsApp number they claim f****cken “quick response” no one respond to my messages. Since i paid for customs, on Friday the 27th it showed my parcel was out for delivery, then they said returned to depot. Like ***!! They don’t even call me to update with anything. Today they said my parcel is out for delivery again but I didn’t receive it. This company is sh*t. Shein should stop doing business with this f****cken company.
