Delivery complaint

Buffalo international logistics is the one handling my SHEIN order. My order i ordered on the 9th of October my parcel arrived in South Africa on the 16 of October today is 30 October I still haven’t received my parcel they don’t answer their calls and emails so right now I don’t what to do. They’ve let me down especially because it was an urgent delivery I’m tired of waiting now
