Why should a parcel take 48 to 72 to be delivered to a new address which is in the same area?? The parcel takes almost a entire week to get to your DC. And when trying to contact them via WhatsApp there is no reply and via phone call they cannot even help or assist you instead tell you to wait and that they cannot change an address before it goes out for delivery. This is a ridiculous system bc if you allow this for the customer service agents they will be able to help customers quicker and stop any delays with your package.
