Delivery address dispute

I ordered items from Shein which is shipped through Baffalo logistics. My home address is listed as the delivery address. I received a text message from Buffalo logistics that my parcel is sent to PAXI. PAXI does not do home deliveries. They deliver to Pep stores. The Pep store they selected is far from my home. Buffalo logistics is dishonest and unprofessional. I expect my parcel to be delivered to the delivery address provided to Shein. This is the second time Buffalo does this. My last order was shipped to Vereniging and I had to dispute this before it was eventually delivered to the delivery address. Shein orders delivered through Aramex are shipped with no issues. Get your act together Buffalo logistics. Deliver my parcel to the address provided to you by Shein.
