Delivery

"Hi Buffalo Courier team, I'm reaching out about a parcel that was supposed to be delivered to my address on 13/08/2025. However, when I checked the tracking update, it says 'delivery failed' and that I wasn't home. I'm confused because I'm always at home during the day, and I didn't receive any calls or emails from your team to arrange an alternative delivery time can the driver who was supposed to deliver my parcel provide evidence that I wasn't available he tried to call me. I'm concerned that my parcel might be lost or misplaced. I'd appreciate any assistance you can provide to resolve this issue. Thanks!
