Delivered my parcel to the wrong address.

Hi, I would like to write review about Buffalo Logistics courier, I placed my order on shein on the 12th of March 2024, even today I haven't received my parcel yet they sent the email stating that my parcel had been delivered. The email shows that it was delivered to eSingangeni yet I am at Northwest province, in Morokweng.
