Deliver to random people

They repeatedly deliver my packages to random people at my delivery address. We work on a farm with hundreds of people. Even after confirming with the customer care this morning that the driver please contact me once at the premises and I was assured that they will, the driver dropped it with a random erson and drove off. No names were asked or conformed, nothing. They also on't hve an option of selecting wether an address i business or residential. Customer service just says sorry, there is nothing they can do. They will send POD, that I am supposed to do what with? There is not even a name and surname. Just a scrubble. I hate this service and all their drivers are useless.
