DELIVER OR REFUND ME!!

I have been waiting for a parcel since September.. Their tracking system says ON THE WAY TO RECIPIENT but nothing has arrived. I was now told that they cannot find my address and cell number even though they sent me an sms yesterday confirming delivery?? When I phone them, they cut the calls, shocking!!
