DELAYING TO CLAIM MY GOODS

Its been 2 weeks people from this company are giving me a run around i cant even call, no clear communication they keep apologizing for delaying and requesting the same proof of payment of which is attached on the same messges they responding to both email and WhatsApp Sindiswa and Mohammed are not helpful at all
