Delaying order

Buffalo was good at first like I couldn't change to othe logistics ,but now they are doimg things I can't understand .They send an sms 2 days ago saing my order is out of delivering but didn't deliver .yesterday again they send an sms saying I will receive it even today I haven't received it since on the 11th of may and that package is needed urgently
