DELAYING EMAIL FOR CUSTOMS DUTY FEES

I ordered from Shein for my client and they are having a wedding I'm now delaying them, because I have not received the customs duty fees and the parcel arrived in SA customs it's been 3-4 days now. I ordered on the 16 June.
