Delayed Parcel from buffalo logistics

Buffalo logistics is the worst company I’ve ever used for shipping🤦🏻♀️. I have been waiting for my parcel since April 2022 it’s now June and all I get is one excuse after the other. I’ve spoken to four different consultants but nothing, even asked to speak to their management team but nothing.
