delayed parcel

may parcel was scheduled to be delivered between the 4-6 of December 2022. the contact center has long queue the WhatsApp line has no response its just a mess. the agents are very quick to dismiss you. i don't know why shein still uses this company because at this rate they are going to lose customers. they have no sense of urgency at all. i am very annoyed at this point to say the least. i hope they will contact me on ***
