Delayed parcel - BUFZA***YQ

BUFZA***YQ tracking order has been in the same status since 12th January. Each time i query with Buffallo, they give the same feedback that it would be dispatched within a week. After a week they give the same feedback. It has been 6 weeks and my parcel has not yet been delivered. No efforts are made by Buffalo to track and provide accurate feedback on this order. Spoke to Angela Booysen on this matter with no luck. This is an aweful company to deal with.
