Delayed orders

I’ve been receiving orders from buffalo without fail but this time around their service is not up to standard I’m expecting 3 orders from Shein to be delivered by Buffalo non of then has been delivered instead they **** and said on one of the orders they have attempted delivery, which they did not as I was home. No contact has been made by the driver at all. Tried calling their contact centre instead they drop the line you before even talking to you as a customer, sent an email no response, contacted via WhatsApp no response either. Kindly deliver my orders my order number is BUFZA***YQ, BUFZA***YQ and BUFZA***YQ
