Delayed Order - Little Communication

Buffalo international logistics services are horrible. My order has been dispatched and with the driver for the past 2 days. There has been no communication in terms of when I can expect my delivery. Theres little to no customer services as I called the number on the site only for it to be changed. Called the updated number and it wasn't going through. Sent a WhatsApp and I didn't get a response. I've now logged a ticket with Shein regarding this matter and I'm currently waiting for a response. This is unacceptable as already the order has been delayed.
