Delayed order from shein

I have been waiting for my order that I ordered on the 2nd of January but it hasn't arrived but my sister ordered after me on the 4th but her order has already delivered. I tried their WhatsApp first response they are said my order was discarded but with no valid reason, and then they now said my order will be delivered in 48-hours but I hasn't.
