Delayed order

Buffalo logistics had my order since the 17th of April and nothing have been communicated about when will it be delivered ever since the 20th when the status changed to depot, however Friday I received a call from Buffalo asking did I receive the order and obviously I told them no and the guy said he will go and look for it then get back to me. He's been getting back to me since last week Friday.
