Delayed delivery without any communication .

I wrote a review about poor service offered by bùffalo logistics in the beggining of this week about my parcel they are keeping and not delivering to me while they do not answer my calls, messages and emails. They rep**** and promised but even today I am still waiting for it they do not answer the calls there are no updates there's no change. Buffalo logistics is really failing and i don't know what to do now it's been a month I don't know even if it is still on them or they delivered it somewhere or sold it I really don't understand because they should communicate with me and state where is the problem and how are we supposed to fix or dwliver my parcel if there is no problem
