Delayed delivery of parcel ordered from Shein

I have made online purchase with Shein which went well until the goods where shipped to Buffalo here in South Africa. I am unable to get date of when will my goods be delivered and their call centre is unanswered, whatsup number , no response. this is really pathetic non service and because of this courier i will never ever buy from Shein.
