DELAYED DELIVERY FROM SHEIN

I have ordered on SHEIN on the 2nd of may and i have paid buffalo tax customs on the 8 may but their still sending me messages saying i need to pay customs they have not delivered we have sent them proof of payment for like 10 times but still they have not updated its like a month now NO THIS IS UNPROFESSIONAL
