Delayed delivery

Buffalo logistics is a useless company, they have no sense of urgency and are very unreliable. My parcel was supposed to be delivered on the 28 of December 2023 but the driver turned back with my parcel, his excuse was the parcel was wrongly allocated. No phone call was received on the day , and when I call their call centre no one could help me . It’s the 3rd of January today and I still have not received my parcel , there aren’t any updates when I try to track the parcel. It was since updated on the 28th of December. Shein has to use an Alternative logistics company cos this Buffalo logistics is Nonsense
