DELAYED DELIVERY DUE TO WRONG ALLOCATION 3 TIMES

I am so frustrated n dissapointed with Buffalo Logistics when it comes to delivery. my parcel was received in JHB Warehouse on Monday and it was Dispatched in the morning but wrongly allocated, it was returned to the warehouse. On Wednesday it was wrongly allocated and again today Friday my parcel is wrongly allocated, I was supposed to receive the parcel on Wednesday latest but today still waiting and being sent from pillar to post. I wonder if your stuff are properly trained if someone can wrongly allocate the parcel 3 times. I want my parcel by end of business today. I have called your customer service but no assistance.
