Delayed delivery

Buffalo is the worst courier service, they are *********** and disregard their customers. They first started delivering my order at wrong address even though I provided a correct address to Shein, they gave me a hard to rectify that address and eventually they did after sending multiple emails, calls etc. Now they told me last week that my order is out for delivery and I've been waiting since the 20th. When I track my order it hasn't moved since the 19th, when I text them on that robot it says my order has been dispatched, they don't answer calls, emails. I need my order for Christmas fay, my kids clothes including mine are there for Christmas, this is the worst experience ever!

I ordered in the 7th and the estimated delivery time which was 16 days has even passed but my order is still not here. I am frustrated and stranded because what am I going to do tomorrow as I spent my last on that order! I need my order asap,I have been patient enough!!
