Delayed delivery by Buffalo international logistics

I paid my duty tax for my Temu order on the 31st December 2024 .on the 2nd of January 2025 they sent a reminder I then forwarded the proof of payment via their customer support email which they said I must convert it to PDF format but the bank sent it in a PDF format already so I didn't understand. Till now I haven't received my order they keep sending these emails saying I must pay I don't know why can't they send my package.
