Delayed Delivery

I placed an order on the 31st of March 2024, and it has been over 2 weeks now, going into 3 weeks and I still haven’t received my package. The latest update on the App says Received at origin depot. What is the meaning of that? I paid my tax on April, 3rd, yet I am still waiting on my package.
