Delayed delivery

Iam truly disappointed and frustrated. Ive received a message on the 1st of August saying my package is out for delivery. Its the 12th of August today and I still haven’t received it. Ive called the support line 17 times and they keep telling me the same thing over and over “Ma’am it will be delivered today.” I will never in my life use this delivery service again.
