Delayed delivery

I order on shein of the 2rd of April 2024 and paid my tax on the 04th of April 2024 but order hasn’t arrived😭😭 i ordered for my graduation which is on the 24th of April 2024 but my tracking status has been on “allocated to ITT- Not reciprocated” since the 15th of April
